The stimulatory effects and associated mechanism of lanthanum nitrate on the yield and medicinal composition of Pseudostellaria heterophylla
Research Interests
The study is divided into two parts. The first part discusses the photosynthetic and physiological mechanism of rare earth on Pseudostellaria heterophylla yield from the perspective of photochemical efficiency and carboxylation efficiency.The second part is to clone three key enzyme (HMGR、FPS、SE) genes cDNA in saponin biosynthesis pathway. The expression of the three genes are detected by RT-PCR in root tuber of Pseudostellaria heterophylla under lanthanum treatment to discuss the relationship between the expression of HMGR, FPS and SE gene and the content of saponin in Pseudostellaria heterophylla.Education
